Abstract
BSCLaunch is a token launch platform (IDO launchpad) on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) designed to give retail investors early access to vetted blockchain projects before they list on public exchanges. Staking BSL raises the maximum a wallet may contribute; sales are first-come, first-served up to the hard cap, so a tier is an allocation ceiling rather than a reserved slot. The platform is governed by its native token BSL (BSCLaunch Token) — an ERC-20/BEP-20 utility and governance token.
A key innovation of BSCLaunch v2.0 is the holding-gated participation model: to contribute to any IDO hosted on the platform, a user's wallet must hold a minimum balance of BSL tokens (wallet plus staked) at the time of contribution. This threshold is set per-project — standard IDOs require 1,000 BSL while premium launches may require 5,000+ BSL — aligning the interests of long-term BSL holders with the quality of projects being launched.
Problem Statement
1.1 Unfair Token Distribution
Most token launches on centralised launchpads are dominated by bots, whales, and connected insiders. Retail investors either miss allocations entirely or pay exorbitant markups on secondary markets.
1.2 Poor Project Curation
Without a financial commitment requirement, launchpad participants have no skin in the game. This incentivises speculative flipping over genuine project support, leading to low-quality launches.
1.3 Lack of Transparency
Traditional ICO/IDO processes lack on-chain transparency. Allocation rules, vesting schedules, and treasury management are opaque, eroding investor trust.
The BSCLaunch Solution
BSCLaunch solves all three problems:
Allocation weights are calculated by staking tier and executed in immutable smart contracts.
Wallets must hold BSL to participate, filtering out bots and short-term speculators.
All contracts are open-source, fuzz-tested, and deployed on-chain with verifiable logic.
BSL Token
BSL (BSCLaunch Token) is a standard ERC-20/BEP-20 token deployed on Binance Smart Chain. It is not a security— it confers no equity, dividends, or profit-sharing rights. BSL's value derives from its utility within the BSCLaunch ecosystem.
| Token Name | BSCLaunch Token |
| Ticker | BSL |
| Standard | ERC-20 / BEP-20 |
| Network | Binance Smart Chain (BSC) |
| Total Supply | 100,000,000 BSL (100M) |
| Decimals | 18 |
| Burnable | Yes — holders can burn, deflationary over time |
| Governance | On-chain voting via BSL balance |
| Initial Price | $0.05 USD (IDO price) |
| Fully Diluted Valuation | $5,000,000 |
BSL Token Utility
Hold BSL to access any IDO. Every project launched on BSCLaunch sets a minimum holding threshold. On-chain check at contribution time — no exceptions.
Stake BSL in the BSLStaking contract to earn a fixed ~24.5% APY from the 25M-token reward pool. Rewards accrue every second with no minimum lockup.
Roadmap: vote on new project listings, protocol parameter changes (fees, thresholds), and treasury spending. 1 BSL = 1 vote.
Roadmap: pay platform fees in BSL for a discount, with the BSL routed to the staking rewards pool.
Tokenomics
| Allocation | Tokens | % | Vesting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community & IDO Participants | 40,000,000 | 40% | 20% TGE, linear 18 months |
| Staking Rewards Pool | 25,000,000 | 25% | Paid at a fixed 24.5% APY on staked BSL until exhausted |
| Team | 15,000,000 | 15% | 12-month cliff, 24-month linear |
| Treasury | 10,000,000 | 10% | Multi-sig controlled, governance unlocks |
| Marketing & Growth | 5,000,000 | 5% | 25% at TGE, 75% over 6 months |
| Liquidity Provision (DEX) | 5,000,000 | 5% | 100% at TGE (locked in LP) |
The team allocation is subject to a 12-month cliff to align incentives with long-term platform success. Treasury funds require a governance vote for any release above 500,000 BSL.
Holding-Gated IDO Participation
The cornerstone of BSCLaunch v2.0 is the per-IDO minimum BSL holding requirement enforced at the smart-contract level in the IDOSale.sol contract.
How It Works
- BSCLaunch sets a
defaultMinHolding(initially 1,000 BSL) in theLaunchpadFactory. - When a project is approved and a new IDO is created, the team may override this default to a higher threshold (e.g. 5,000 BSL for a high-demand launch).
- The
minHoldingvalue is stored in the IDO's sale contract and can only be changed by the project owner before the sale starts. - At the time of every
register()andcontribute()call, the contract checks that wallet balance plus staked BSL is at leastminHolding. - If the check fails, the transaction reverts with
"IDO: insufficient BSL holding".
The holding requirement checks your wallet's total BSL balance — including both liquid and staked tokens. Staking BSL not only earns you rewards but also counts toward your holding threshold, making staking the optimal strategy.
Tier Multipliers
Beyond the minimum holding gate, users who stake BSL accrue a tier that will multiply their allocation weight in the IDO. Tier weighting is specified below and ships with the mainnet contracts; the current testnet contracts record tiers but enforce only the holding gate and per-wallet limits.
| Tier | Min Staked BSL | Allocation Weight | Extra Benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 1,000 BSL | 1× | Community access, early news |
| Silver | 5,000 BSL | 2× | Private Telegram, priority support |
| Gold | 15,000 BSL | 4× | Early access, AMA invitations |
| Diamond | 50,000 BSL | 8× | VC networking, governance votes |
| Platinum | 150,000 BSL | 20× | Advisory, board eligibility, all perks |
Staking & Rewards
The BSLStaking contract enables holders to lock BSL and earn proportional rewards from the 25M-token staking pool.
Every staked BSL earns the same fixed rate, so the APY does not fall as more people stake. Rewards are claimable at any time and there is no minimum lock period; principal can be withdrawn even if the contract is paused. If the reward pool ever runs short, the unpaid remainder is recorded and paid once it is refilled. The rate is adjustable by the platform owner (a governance vote is planned for this).
Governance
BSL holders participate in on-chain governance for platform decisions including:
- Approving or rejecting new project listings
- Adjusting the default
minHoldingthreshold - Modifying platform fee percentages (currently 2%)
- Treasury spending above 500,000 BSL
- Protocol upgrades and contract migrations
Governance is not live yet. Snapshot voting is planned for mainnet, with full on-chain governance and time-locks to follow.
Smart Contracts
All BSCLaunch contracts are written in Solidity 0.8.24 and use OpenZeppelin v5 libraries. They are compiled with the Cancun EVM target and optimised at 200 runs.
BSLToken.solERC-20 native token with trading gate, burn, permit, and staking pool integration.
BSLStaking.solStaking vault with tier calculation, per-block reward accrual, and emergency recovery.
IDOSale.solSingle IDO sale contract: BSL holding gate, whitelist, vesting, finalization, and refund logic.
LaunchpadFactory.solDeploys IDOSale contracts, stores per-IDO minHolding, and manages platform settings.
TokenVesting.solGeneric linear vesting with TGE unlock, cliff, revocable grants for team/advisors.
