Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BSCLaunch platform, including our website at bsclaunch.io, decentralized application, smart contracts, APIs, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by BSCLaunch Ltd. (“BSCLaunch”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email where possible.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• →You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• →You are not a resident of, or located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction (defined below)
• →You are not subject to any sanctions administered by OFAC, the EU, UN, or any other applicable authority
• →Your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you
• →You have sufficient knowledge and experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• →You understand the high risk nature of cryptocurrency investments and IDO participation

Restricted Jurisdictions include the United States of America, its territories and possessions, China (mainland), North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea region, and any other jurisdiction where participation in cryptocurrency token sales is prohibited by applicable law.

BSCLaunch is a decentralized token launch platform built on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The Platform provides infrastructure and tools for:

• •Participating in Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) for vetted blockchain projects
• •Staking BSL tokens to earn staking rewards and unlock allocation tiers
• •Claiming purchased tokens according to vesting schedules
• •Accessing project information, analytics, and research

BSCLaunch is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your crypto assets. All transactions occur directly between your wallet and the relevant smart contracts on BSC.

You are solely responsible for:

• →Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your private keys and seed phrases
• →All transactions made from your wallet address
• →Ensuring your wallet software is up to date and free from malware
• →Verifying the accuracy of all transaction details before confirming
• →Complying with all applicable tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform
• →Conducting your own due diligence before participating in any IDO

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• ✕Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• ✕Attempt to manipulate IDO markets, pricing, or allocation systems
• ✕Create multiple accounts to circumvent allocation limits or KYC requirements
• ✕Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner
• ✕Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• ✕Exploit, hack, or circumvent the smart contracts or platform security
• ✕Disseminate false or misleading information about projects listed on the Platform

BSCLaunch reviews projects listed on the Platform for basic readiness. That review does not constitute:

• ✕A guarantee of the project's success, profitability, or technical performance
• ✕Investment advice or a recommendation to invest in any listed project
• ✕A warranty that the project team will deliver on their roadmap or commitments
• ✕Legal, financial, or tax advice of any kind

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency investments, including IDO participation, are highly speculative and you may lose the entirety of any invested capital. Always conduct your own independent research.

BSCLaunch charges a 2% platform fee on funds raised by projects through the Platform. This fee is deducted automatically by the smart contract upon successful sale finalization and is distributed as follows: 50% to BSL stakers, 30% to the treasury, and 20% to BSCLaunch operations.

Gas fees for all blockchain transactions are paid by the user or the project as applicable. BSCLaunch has no control over BSC network gas fees.

The Platform, including all content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by BSCLaunch or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BSCLAUNCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (i) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (ii) defects will be corrected; (iii) the Platform is free of viruses; or (iv) the results of using the Platform will meet your expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BSCLAUNCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

In no event shall BSCLaunch’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of fees paid by you to BSCLaunch in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSCLaunch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your: (i) use of the Platform; (ii) violation of these Terms; (iii) violation of any applicable law; or (iv) infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration body, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
